    Lookup for moving months

Hi. I have attached an excel sheet. With a tab called data that theoretically would have data for those months. In the other tab, I would like to create a lookup based on the date. Someone recommended this formula =OFFSET(Data!$A$1,ROW()-2,MATCH($B$1,Data!$2:$2,0)-1)

It works, but the only problem is that if I add rows in between in the first tab, the formula is no longer effective. Anyone have any suggestions. Many thankies and pankies.
