Using roundup in a column.

Hi I've been breaking my head all morning trying to figure out how I can divide by a constant number, that being 200, in a column but also having it round off to only 2 decimals. I've been using =ROUNDUP(????/200,2) (the number changes in every column) Thats been working for me, BUT I'd like to know if there was a formula where I can just enter the number & have it it roundup & dived without having to put in the formula for every cell in the column. Your help is very much appreciated. Hope you guys can help.
