(Please Help): Counting unique values on MULTIPLE TABS that meet 3 selection criterias.

Hi,

I have been rescued in a time of need by members of this forum once in the distant past, and I'm afraid I am in need of assistance again.


Please see attached file.

The problem is listed on Tab 1 (count unique values) and I know how to do it in the SAME tab. My problem is, I don't know how to do it for data in BOTH tabs at the same time. To summarize; the formula needs to read the data in BOTH tabs, and only count the unique values for items meeting selection criteria. To make it easy, I have also provided the correct answers (calculated manually).

If someone could help and enter a formula in cell F16 & F25 of Tab 1, I'd be very thankful.
