Question I want my formula to pick up the value next to the cell where the formula is!

Ok. bare with me because I'm bad in explaining

Here is my formula that i want to improve

    =CONCATENATE(MID(d2,4,2),"/",MID(d2,1,2),"/",MID(d2,7,4))

Now it is posted in cell e2 and picks up the info from d2. I want to make it possible that if i paste the improved formula in f10, it will bick the info from the cell in its left (e10)

    how is that possible

What you have already should work. If you CTRL+C the formula in E2 and and CTRL+V in F10, the formula will reference E10.
