    Subtracting Dates and showing the answer in months

    I am trying to subtract 2 dates and show the answer in months even when the dates span more than a year. I have used a datedif formula but can't get it to show the result in months only.

    Appreciate any ideas anyone can provide.

    Try =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"m")

    As DATEDIF is not documented anymore by MS you will find info here
