    Lost Rookie date/time formulas

I am trying to accomplish 2 different ideas the first I would like to have cell A2 apply the current Date if anything in cells C2:G2 change.

Also I would like to be able to type in C2:G2 in minutes for example 45 in C2 and 60 in D2 and have it total hours and minutes 1:45 in cell B2 rather than have it all as a general sum of minutes.

I have it working generically but I'm not happy with it so any advice would be appreciated!
    Thanks
    Travis

For the second part try this formula in B2

    =SUM(C2:G2)/1440

    format B2 as a time value, e.g. as h:mm
    Audere est facere

That worked brilliantly for the 2nd part Thank you. Any Ideas on the date stamp per row edit?
