Trying to average a distinct list

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to find the average of a list of prices that include duplicates. I do not want to include the duplicates. For example - I have a list of part numbers, each part number has several prices. Some are the same and some are different. I want to average the ones that are different.

    PartNumber Price
    00011 .50
    00011 .50
    0125 .10
    00011 .51
    0125 .20
    0125 .10

What I need to do is average part number 00011 using .50 and .51 ( divided by 2 NOT 3 because .50 is a duplicate). Does that make sense?
Of course my data is much larger but thats the concept.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the formula above. I don't think this is giving me the result I need. I applied this to my data I wasn't get the results I thought I should. So, I applied it to the example I gave in my original post. The result I got for part number using the formula was .3275. he result I should get is .505.

I have added a simple example with my result and the result using the formula. I could be doing something wrong. The data is not always in order.

You are wanting a conditional average (involving a part of interest, while the target values are considered equal at some number of decimals...
