Lock designed cells

Hi!

This might be a easy fix but anyways,

I doing some tables and giving them some kind of "design". What i wanna be able todo is that when pasting any
information from an different excel with some other "design", i want my cells to locked how i designed them, no matter what im pasting.

Example,
my cells are in "tahoma size 8, light orange background and border thick border around it"

and i'm pasting information from a table with comic sans size 20, purple background.


Possible?

Do Paste Special - Values instead of just paste.

Well, that was an really easy fix, but there is no way to lock the cells in someway?
