Condition formating a cell in a worksheet based off formating of another cell

I am trying to figure how to solve this problem:

I have two worksheets (lets call them A and B), in worksheet A I have two columns. The first column has text strings of objectives I need to accomplish for a project. In the second column I have the completion status of each objective (complete, incomplete, does not exist), the second column is conditionally formatted to have fill colors associated with the completion status (completed is green fill, etc.). In worksheet B I have the same objectives as in column 1 worksheet A in different columns based on objective type. I want to get the objective cells in worksheet B to be the same color as the conditionally formatted cells in worksheet A for each objective in worksheet B.

you'll need to make a named formula referring to the same conditions in the other work sheet see attached
