Formula to Return ID based on Multiple Criteria

    Hello,

I am trying to create formula that will return an ID Value in worksheet B cell "O2" of the workbook part of this Post. In worksheet B I have my row titles from A1:O1 and the Data starts in A2. Also in this workbook I have another worksheet by the name "A" with row titles A1:O1 and the data starts in A2.

I want the formula to match cells A2:N2 from worksheet B against the array A2:O2 in worksheet A and return the value of cell "O2" in worksheet A and populate this into Cell "O2" of worksheet B.

If you look at the workbook attached to this post it will help to clarify things.

    Thanks,

    BC
