    Calculating In Spec. Items

    Im trying to get a formula showing what percent of items ran on filler "Alpha" were greater than 17 above their respective spec weight. I came up with a Countifs formula to give me a percentage but it seems to give a percent above the spec weight, not a percent above 17+the spec weight. I have it set up as a table so in the formula Im referencing column titles.
