    Merging part ofone cell with another and putting dash in between

    In Cell B3, I have "ABC-DEF",

    In Cell C3 I have "DEF-ABC"

    In Cell D3, I want "ABC-DEF-ABC". Is there any formula that can achieve this?

    =LEFT(B3,4)&C3
