Returning a value in the row if the time is within the given range

Hi! I'm quite new both in Excel and in this forum and I'm having a problem with my datasheet.

Is it possible for Excel to return a value in the same row if its value of time is within the given ranges and criteria? For example:

    CRITERIA for Acceptable Time Ranges:
    * The company is supposed to arrive at the intervals (time interval: from time 1 to time 2) assigned to it.
    COMPANY NAME --- TIME 1 ----- TIME 2
    Company Name 1 --- 1:15:00 ---- 1:45:00
    Company Name 1 --- 0:10:00 ---- 0:40:00
    Company Name 1 --- 8:10:00 ---- 8:40:00
    Company Name 1 --- 9:30:00 ---- 10:00:00
    Company Name 1 --- 10:50:00 --- 11:20:00
    Company Name 2 --- 0:10:00 --- 0:40:00
    Company Name 2 --- 1:00:00 --- 1:30:00
    Company Name 2 --- 16:45:00 --- 17:15:00
    Company Name 2 --- 18:05:00 --- 18:35:00
    Company Name 2 --- 23:50:00 --- 0:20:00

    ACTUAL DATA
DATA - TIME OF ARRIVAL - COMPANY ----------- DETECTOR
    Data 1 ---- 1:20:23 ---- Company Name 1 -------- 1
    Data 2 ---- 12:21:06 --- Company Name 2 -------- 0
    Data 3 ---- 00:31:05 --- Company Name 2 -------- 1
    Data 4 ---- 20:11:00 --- Company Name 2 -------- 0
    Data 5 ---- 00:33:00 --- Company Name 1 -------- 1
    Data 6 ---- 12:27:00 --- Company Name 1 -------- 0
    Data 7 ---- 09:45:00 --- Company Name 2 -------- 0
    Data 8 ---- 00:10:00 --- Company Name 1 -------- 1
    Data 9 ---- 15:32:00 --- Company Name 1 -------- 0
    Data 10 --- 08:21:00 --- Company Name 2 -------- 0
    Data 11 --- 16:21:00 --- Company Name 1 -------- 0
    Data 12 --- 16:54:00 --- Company Name 2 -------- 1
    Data 13 --- 18:32:03 --- Company Name 1 -------- 0
    Data 14 --- 21:21:00 --- Company Name 2 -------- 0
    Data 15 --- 03:32:00 --- Company Name 1 -------- 0

I only marked the "detection" manually and want to find out if it's possible to automate the "Detection" using an excel formula. Thanks a heap!

Yes it's possible and if you post an example workbook it will be much easier to show you how.
