    Exclamation Time Duration

I need to identify call in a duration of 10 minutes or more in a pivot table. How I count a call in duration of 10 minutes or more?

Okay, Nina, you have to give us a little more information. These times are in hr:mm:ss ? and are the call length? SO in this example, the only one that qualifies is Debbie Heinzman 00:10:19? If not, how is call length determined?

    ChemistB,

I've added the excel sheet that I am using, first was from the reporting system.

I would like to have a column, to the right of column P-REF Cnt, that will count only the duration of the answered calls of 10 minutes or more. I need to pull this into a pivot table for a count, as I have in P.

Yes, I have it in that time format as you stated.

Assuming you are looking at Column H
    in Q2 copied down
    =IF(H2+0>("0:10:00"+0),1,0)
does that work for you? 1 indicates a ten minute or more call.
