Rolling Average

Hello

I have data in Column A, and I need a formula in column B that gives a rolling sum of the last 5 data points in Col A.
So assuming the data starts in A1 and to A50, I would like B5 to contain the sum of A1-A5, B6 would then have the sum of A2-A6, B7 the sum of A3-A7 and so on until the data in Col A ends.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated

b5=sum(a1:a5)

and drag down

in B5 enter =Avg(A1:A5)
Then copy it down

Edit: Misread the request. Should read =Sum(A1:A5)

Your thread title says average but your explanation asks for a sum?

Try one of these...

Entered in B5 and copied down as needed:

=AVERAGE(A1:A5)

=SUM(A1:A5)
