Question How to make "insert copied cells" automatically follow a formula without having to update?

The title says it all.
Can I "insert copied cells" and have them automatically follow a formula without having to update?
Everytime I insert copied cells the formula (=sum(a1:a5)) has to be updated to something like (=sum(a1:a7))

The reason I cant just do (=sum(A:A) is because I have multiple lists below aswell.

Thanks!

insert the cells inside the range?
extend the range to a few lines beyond where you have it now?
create a range name a,d inside inside that range (pretty much the same as suggestion 1 though)
depending on what/how you are summing, use sumif()?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
