Writing a simple function and only need to increase the value of one cell.

So I'm calculating a relatively simple function, however, I can't get the value of the B cell to increase without increasing the others. Example, I want excel to create the following cell contents when I highlight the cells and drag them down.

All I want to do is increase B8 to B9 to B10 to B11 etc. How do I go about this?

make them absolute with $$ just select say b1 in the formula and hit f4 it toggles =$A$1 =A$1 =$A1 =A1
