formula that satisfies two conditions and search the name

Hello I have already asked about this problem, but I want to do it differently. see my example agenda3e.xls.
    http://www.excelforum.com/excel-form...other-tab.html
it helped me well on the way, but I want some more and easier with pul down menu, nurses must be working with it and they have not a lot off time.

I volunteer for a nursing home for people with dementia. I have made a whole database created with excel, so that the administration is easier. This is a new part of it

    Do you mean
You need a drop down list for room(A5, F5,J5)
and a drop down list for each testa cell?(H8,H17,L8.L17)

Re: formula that satisfies two conditions and search the name

The drop down list is not the problem, I need a formula under the list that looks for the names, so when you changed the drop list the correct names of the club underneath. the intention is that it selects all members that the condition of the room number and name club meets, but this changed with the drop list that it also beats again with the right members.
When I choose room 1 and choose ver1 all members of this room 1 will be search members for ver1 and put on the list, I choose room1 but ver2 it search the members of room 1 and ver2 and put it on the list, I choose room 2 and ver1 and it search the members from room 2 members of ver1 etc. so it changes continuously, maybe this should be taken with a macro but I cannot figure it out.
Briefly, it must collect the names of the members of the club. We have 23 rooms and each room should be able to see who of that room must to that club. room 1 have a list of only the residents of that room and two room and three room etc. we have 60 different clubs. and every day there are several active clubs. Look at the picture. That’s how they get it now, but they must search on a other list witch persons must go to the club.
You see from 10:30/12:00 BAKKEN 2 (this is the club) and what I try is to make a list with the names of the members from BAKKEN 2 and then only from the chosen room.
I’ll hope you understand me so

    Hmm..no really understanding your question.
Do you mean you have 2 drop down list for (room and ver).
After you select both value (room number and ver number), then it will list out the information of members?

    Agenda3e (editV1).xls
If you made drop down list at the file i give you previously. Should working as well.

I afraid that i still don't know your question. If the attached file no answer your question.
Can you give me another file with drop down list that you want.
Highlight the output cell where you want your answer appear. Then i can write a code inside the cell.

this is going in the right direction. with the rooms is ok.
Now I want the possibility to change the club name (testa1 ore other club name) also, Highlight in green.

In yellow Highlight. onley the names of the members.
When I use your formula in the next cel it gives al the names of the next person even when they are no member.

You are welcome. the formula i did is lookup the worksheet <Verenigingen>.
You can add new [Prijzen en Naam] till column L,if you need more, you have to modify the formula.
YOu can add new room till row 100,if you need more, you have to modify the formula.
