Conditional Formatting to highlight duplicate numbers in a range

Hi,

As the thread title states, I am trying to use conditional formatting to highlight duplicate number entries in a range of cells.

Lets say the range is A1:S23, each cell can have a number entered into it, but I would like the formatting to change on any cells that contains the same numbers, thus highlighting the duplicate entries.

Is this possible with a simple 'Conditional Formatting' formula?

I should have mentioned that this is a 2002 Excel Spreadsheet. There is no conditional formatting tab.
