Hello,

HELP! I'm trying to calculate the total VAC and COMP time for each person. The person's name only appears once. How do I get the total (Column G) for each person?

Please see attached worksheet. Note that the worksheet is only a sample. There are over 500 people. Thank you!

Do you mean the total balance for each person?

Put this formula in H2:

then copy down as far as you need to. It will only show the total on even-numbered rows.
