return a cell value from four possible dropdowns

Hello

Can you return a single cell value from a range of four possible dropdown choices?

I have four dropdowns the user can choose which in-turn return (via a Vlookup) a number in one of the following cells B1, B3, B4 & B5. I then need to add the cell value to D1

can this be done?
