    Using the IF function?

So I'm currently working a document that needs me to transfer certain rows of data to certain other sheets from one master sheet. Each item (row) has five different criteria and i have icons set up for whether or not it meets those criteria. The question im asking is there a way to set up the IF function (or even a better function) so that it will go through each row and see how many criterion it matches and copy it into the respectful sheet. So for example if it only matches one criterion then it will go to one sheet, if it matches two criterion it will go to another and so on...

Also will this automatically change to show the changes made on the master sheet.

Thank you! and sorry if this is confusing at all.

I would suggest using Pivot tables in your summary sheets.
