MATCH function to be used in separate function array

I am using VLOOKUP to do a search. This is my function: =VLOOKUP($G$3,G3:H13,2,0). However I want the array to be a cell number returned by a MATCH function. This is my MATCH function: ="G"&MATCH(VALUE(D12),G3:G13,1) and it returns G4. How can I use this function to return G4 as the starting cell in my VLOOKUP table array?

not quite i need somthing like this: vlookup($G$3,G3:H13,2,0) The value returned by my match function to be in place of the value in red, so the value in red will equal G4
