Measuring Productivity

Hi, I need help in coming up with a way I can measure my agents efficiency and productivity. If in 1 day we have 100 work item per hour and it takes 1 agent 3 minutes to finish the task per work item and time spent in the office 8.5 hours. How do I measure his efficiency and productivity?
