Hi
I have a list of 2500 employees for the follow up of renewal of uniforms. I have 20 department and 20 types of Uniform Kits, some items may be different and some may be the same for all these 20 department. What I have do is to categories these department by grouping there uniform kits. Cat 1 to 20. The problem I’m facing is that many time some employee is being transferred from one to another category. So if one employee is being transferred from cat 16 to 4 I need to re-do the changed in my worksheet add and delete it took lot of time for me.
Can someone help me to find a formula or a macro to do the job, so that if I input in cat 4 the system automatically add and delete so that he match my requirement per cat uni.
