Unexpected value in hlookup function

Hello Guys, I am using the HLookup function to search a string in a row, but I get a result that I don't wait, and I don't find the reason, someone can check my example file and help me please. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

Try
=HLOOKUP(E14,D10:K11,2,FALSE)

The false makes it look for EXACT match.
