Function to return all values that meet criteris

For example in Column A i have a list of dates, some repeats and values associated with those dates.

5/16/13 7862514
5/16/13 7736635
5/16/13 7761248
5/17/13 7939356
5/21/13 7760298

Is there a way to return The dates in Chronological order across columns with no duplicates and then have all numbers given associated with that date listed underneath?

I don't know of a function that will do this. There may be a macro that can be built to do this.
