Return column entries on formula based on user entry

Hello all...

First time poster. I'm not sure what/how to call this problem I'm having, so it's hard to search for a solution. Here's the problem I wish to solve:

I would like to create column entries based on user-entered age that continues Age+1 until age=71 (includes and shows age 71, but stops and doesn't go beyond it).

So if the user enters age 40, the following is returned:

40
41
42
43...
71
(Stop)

what kind of formula would I use for this?
