Link latest call with another excel file

Hello everyone,

I have a logbook of customers to report when I have called a particular customer and what it was about (see example: Example Logbook Customers.xlsx).
On the other hand, I receive on weekly basis an aging report of my customers (see example: Example Aging report.xlsx).

I would like to link these 2 reports. It would be nice if only my last call is visible in this list (in this example, it would be the call of 14th May).
Is there a possibility to do that? Does anyone have an idea?

After searching this afternoon on google, I have finally found the solution
I have select my last call based on follow formula: VLOOKUP(MAX(Log[DATE]);Log;1;0)
