    Drop down menu list

    Hey guys

    I m trying to creat a drop down list say to show
    in Cell A1:A10 - EUROPEAN CITIES, AMERICAN CITIES AND ASIAN CITES
    B1: B10 , should show only the cites that matches with Europe, Asia and America
    to this point im ok but excell show and error when i put the Indirect formula with two separate words i.e ( EUROPEAN CITIES, AMERICAN CITES , ASIAN CITIES)... But if I put just one world without a space i.e EUROPEANCITIES, AMERICANCITIES , ASIANCITIES it will not show error



    so please ant help

    Hello
    Named ranges cannot contain spaces. So, use an underscore ( _ ) instead, e.g. 'European_Cites'. If your first list has spaces, for example: European Cities, use the following Data Validtion List formula:

    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    A2 being the cell with the first drop down. This will replace all spaces with an underscore.
