If all cells are complete select the latest date, if at least one is blank leave it BLANK

    Dear Experts!

I need your assistance in solving the below issue. It looks a challenge to me and i am not sure if it is at all plausible to solve.

I need a formula that will look up into certain cells and if all cells are completed it will display the one value that is the latest by date (Q2, Q3, July, Q4). If at least one cell is blank then it will display BLANK.

The cells may be located at different places around the worksheet.

Thank you very much for your every assistance! Please, see attached file...

I have tried to simplify the task by having dates in one row or column. So if i have dates in cell range A1:A7, i need a formula to look into the cell range and return with the maximum value, but if at least one cell within the range is blank, it should show blank. So, e.g.:
    A1 Q2
    A2 July
A3 Q1 and so on, then in B1 formula will return July since it is later than Q1 and 2.
    Thanks!

According for forum rules, please wait at least 24 hours (1 day) before bumping your thread if you have not received a response

Looking at your file, how would anyone know that Q3 (or any Q) is later than July (or any month name)?
Also, if you have updated/changed your sample file, please let us see it?

    I apologize for being inpatient!
Please, find attached updated file. I have substituted Quarters by months....
    Thanks!
