from attached sheet,
in FTE Cost sheet, values should populate from Jan - Dec based on DOJ (column C) and value should be current Level Annual cost (column F) / 12.
2nd critiria is based on Role change month, value should change based on role change month onwards i .e proposed level annual cost (column H) /12
applied below formula and need to get value based in 2nd critiria also
