Struggling with using OFFSET formula for rolling averages

Hello,
I need to calculate the rolling average of a large list of metrics. I've figured out how to create an offset formula to return a rolling 3,6,12 & 36 month average for one metric but it doesn't work when I try to copy and paste that same formula to subsequent metrics underneath. Is there a way that I can modify this offset formula so it will return rolling averages for a long list of metrics? Here is a link to the file I'm struggling with. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Thank you!
Eric

Instead of using offset(), take a look at using averageifS()...
=averageifS(average_range,date_range,">="&1st_date,date_range,"<="&end_date)
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Dear oeldere,
The values were fabricated thus it wasn't confidential information. But thanks for the input.
