    formula problem w/ conditional formatting

    hi guys,
    need help for this problem, can someone help me to make formula in conditional formatting.
    i try to make this but it work only in separate cells =IF(G4>125,0,1) & =IF(G4>125,ROUNDUP(G4/250,0),0).
    but not in formula for conditional formatting.

    in simple ways:
    less than 125 device, maximum 1219 meters (more than 1219 it turn red)
    between 126 up to 175 , maximum of 762 meters (more than 762 it turn red)

    thanks!

    1st rule =AND(A1<126,B1>1219)
    2nd rule =AND(A1>=126,A1<=175,B1>762)

    choose red color.

    Hi edwinculanding,

    welcome to the forum.

    Which cell has meters ?

    Also, it would be better if you could upload an excel workbook instead of an image. Thanks.
