statement / formula to return text from a range of cells

Hello,

I'm really lost on this one and can't seem to find any formula/combination to return what I'm looking for.

I need an function / formula that returns text from 4 cells, three of these cell will be blank and one will have text in it. i want to return that text.

The range of cells with the potential text are C17,19,21,23 and i wish to return the text in F2

Any thoughts are much appreciated.
