    Using Concatenate, removing extra spaces

    Hello,

I'm using CONCATENATE to string together a bunch of cells.. essentially these cells will either have a value or not depending on the user input. I'm making a paragraph with these cells and separating each one with a & ", " &... however when certain cells are blank, I get a really awkward paragraph.

Any ideas on how to delete the extra commas that come up after using CONCATENATE?

Should i take a different approach?

    Thanks!

    kirkland,

You could simply use Excel's find / find and replace facility to search for ", , " and replace it with ", ".

    Hope this helps.
    Brendan.
