Linking to an internal cell inside a formula for linking to an external workbook

I want to make a worksheet that contains an overview of two specific cells each from of a range of workbooks. The solution is of course to do

But, I want to avoid to change the AT part of the link manually, rather using my pre existing list of country codes. So, is there any way I can replace that specific part of the code (AT) with a reference to a cell (for instance A2) ? I have tried to just write it inside the formula, but that does not work. Any help is much appreciated.
