formula to calculate 2 percentages in one cell

Hi all
i am looking for a formula to calculate 2 separate percentages in one cell.
e.g.
cell a1 has the number 100 now i want in cell a2 a formula that it calculates me 100 + 7% + 10% and the end result should be = 117.7 in cell a2
any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for this help, what would the formula be if i want only the percentage shown in a2 so that the number in a2 would be = 17.7
