Multi-Column Duplicate Finder and If duplicate found, make cell blank in 1st column

I have 2 columns of email addresses... a third column has the person's name.

I need all duplicate emails removed - but the names need to stay adjacent to the email they go with.

To make it even harder for you guys... I don't want duplicate cells deleted - I want them made blank.

    Please help! Thanks so much.

    Hi ImStanding,

    Welcome to the forum

Please confirm how to find the duplicates by comparing the first column with second column or each email address of first column with entire first and second column

If possible attach a sample workbook with expected output for better understanding
