Linking two dropdown lists in excel

    Hello new friends,

I have a dropdown list using data validation that displays a list of job positions. I want to make it so that when I select a job position another dropdown list appears that contains a list of candidates for that position. The list will change depending on the job I choose in the first drop down box. If there is an easy way to do this, I would appreciate all the help I can get.

    Thanks
