    If then

Our product database lists the products by item # and then quantity sold.
It will not add the product descriptions.

If I have a spread sheet with all the product descriptions and another with the item #'s and quantity sold how can I merger the data so that every time a run a inventory of the product sold and Item #'s it will select the matching item description with the item #?

    Item # Description Qty
    Item #10641570 22
    if colum A is 10641570 then Colum B = PHOTO LUSTER 290

Look at using the Vlookup function in column B
