Help with statistical functions

I am in the midst of analyzing some data and in need of some assistance in determining if the results are statistically significant and which excel functions should be used.

The analysis is whether or not a specific event occurs with one type of aircraft more often than with another type of aircraft. My results are as follows:

In looking at the results, there are some aircraft that have more events (percentage wise) than the % of fleet mix and some that have less events than fleet mix. My question is how to determine if these results are statistically significant. For instance, is the E145 really nine times as likely to have an event than would be expected by random chance, or is this result merely an anomaly due to chance?
