Total sum formula not calculating correctly

GM!

You guys were kind enough to help me previously with some complicated formulas (or what I consider complicated). I just realized there is a glitch in one of the formulas you guys helped with and wanted to humbly ask for your help again. I know the problem is within the "year" formula columns (or at least I'm pretty sure).

You can look at the attached example for the information and formulas. Can you guys please help me!!

I just realized the problem might be in the secondary formula you guys created for me to delete the duplicate rows but add a total together. I will add that file in just a second...just didn't want you guys going over that without reviewing this one as well because now I believe the glitch is with this one...

My apologies JV. On this second attachment, I need the figures to add up and "delete" or "hide" the rows for a complete total on the customer. I took ADPRO as an example. If you look at the first attachment, the year 2011 adds up to 61K and some change. When I run this formula to sum and hide the rows it comes up to 433K....so this is where I think the glitch is...does thatmake sense?

I also was trying to go and look for the original post which may assist with explaining as well, but I'm new to this site. I wasn't sure how to go about finding the thread since I closed it as "complete" when I thought all was correct.
