Displaying title based on numbers

Hello,
This is my first real post,
I have a quick question. I have Rows of numbers and columns are different categories.
For example: the survey is, what color do you like most? The colors are listed in one row above the number of responses for each category.
Let us say Blue has 6 responses that it is the favorite color of 6 people, red - 4, Yellow - 2, Green - 10.

How do I create a formula that pulls the max number (MAX function I assume?) from one of the categories, but instead of saying that 6 is the max number, it says blue. Says blue is the favorite color based on the number or responses, not 6.

Also little sub question I didn't intend on asking, What do i do if I have a tie between two color categories?
