Creating a drop down menu to auto allocate costs to a particular department

Lets say I am creating an expense sheet. See below example for basic expenses.

	A	B	C	D	E	F
1	Net	Vat	Type	Travel	Accomodation	Sundry
2	£8	£2	Sundry	-	-	£8
3	£35	£0	Accomodation	-	£35	-

Can I create a drop down menu in C2, with the option; Travel (D1), Accomodation (E1) and Sundry (F1). The selected option will then automatically input the net amount into the relevant column. E.G As shown above the £8 is a sundry cost and therefore this automatically inputs into F2.
