    YTD Median using Multiple Criteria

    YTD Median using Multiple Criteria
    Hi,

I am trying to format a spreadsheet so that a ytd median will calculate for users. The file is set up in the following way:

    L J K Q
    5/21/2013 May 2013 8
    4/28/2012 Apr 2012 9
    1/20/2011 Jan 2011 10

Where the column L represents the date of service, J represents the month of service, K represents the year of service, and Q represents the time duration for each service. I set up the J and K columns thinking it would be easier formula-wise

    Any suggestions? Thank you.

Look here. You can filter out data you want (by date, month, year, etc) and you will get Average and Median.
    is this OK to you?
