How to get minimal date by array formula

hi guys,

i need your help. My goal is to get the minimal date when rating became 7, 8A or 8B, in column D i tried some formula but it's not working.

*An array formula needs to be committed using the key combination of Ctrl-Shift-Enter (CSE) instead of the usual <Enter>.
