    If Statement, up to a max value

    I am trying to code an IF statement so that if the criteria is met, it will take the number above it up to a max of, say, 10?

    EG. If the number above is 8, it will take 8
    If the number above is 11, it will take 10

    Can't seem to code it!

    Should be noted, the criteria running the IF is different in the first place!
