I have used Data Analysis (Histogram) to calculate the frequency of different bin sizes. I now need to calculate the quantities that relate to the bin sizes? I have attached a sample file.
Thanks in advance

I have tried to figure this out but have not been able to. Is this possible?
what your your expected answer/s be, and how would you get that?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Aland, I'm confused with what you want to see... can you give an example of results?
For some reason, I keep thinking "why don't you just use multiplication"? But I'm sure it's more complicated than that...
Sorry, the workbook was a bit confusing. I have removed the blanks and sorted column A in descending order and calculated 2 quantities. I hope this makes sense. I have attached a new sample file.
Thanks in advance
In H14
=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$2:$A$639>F13),--($A$2:$A$639<F14),$A$2:$A$639)
Copy up. Does that work for you?

I had to change the formula in cell H2 (>0), but the total does not add up to the total in column A?
Change to
=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$2:$A$639>F13),--($A$2:$A$639<=F14),$A$2:$A$639)
in H14
Thank you very much. Works perfectly. Please explain the: --?
