Competition Results order

I would be erternally gratefull if someone could assist me with the following problem.

I am running a gymnastic competition for children competing in different age groups. and i want to be able to enter there scores and a finishing order be displayed. I have got the final score values to display in the correct order however if there is a duplicate score in any of the catagories i get an error. and i can't get the corosponding name to be printed next to it, i think i am having a circular calc somewhere in the formula.

Bit new to this excel thing I have attached the file i am working on with the highlighted areas being the issue.

If you made one single list with columns for name, level, session, event scores, and total score, all you'd need to do is sort the list by session, level and score.

Here's what I was talking about. The scores are random, so the pivots will change each time you refresh the tables. The pivots could be on separate sheets, and you can have one for each session and level.
